Further Information
Follow these simple steps to bring your poster to life and create a magical experience:
1. Do not use any paint, dyes, markers, crayons, pens or pencils on the magic poster - ink marks and scratches cannot be removed. Left over inks or paint on old brushes may leave stains. Please use the clean brushes provided. Avoid sharp objects as they may scratch the magic surface.
2. Unroll the magic poster and lay it flat on a clean surface, or hang it up on a wall.
3. Wet your brushes with water and start painting!
4. Like magic, the poster turns black where you paint! Once it dries it will return to a blank surface again, ready for re-use.
5. Wait until fully dry before rolling up and packing away.
Please note natural materials like wood, rope and fabrics have slight natural variances in colour & texture.
What size are these? We offer 2 sizes - Medium and Large. Medium is 50cm wide x 120cm high. Large is 50cm wide x 70cm high.
How long will this take to ship? Approx 1-3 working days
What colour is the fabric? The fabric is grey in colour, and the backside of the fabric has a black velvet feel.
What happens when it dries? The black designs simple fade away!
Can I wash it with soap or detergents? No, this will remove the special water activated ability of the fabric.
Can I use paint/ crayons / markers on this? No, as they will be permanent and cannot be removed. Please keep away from anything besides clear water. Even old brushes that have paint residue on them may leak colour onto the fabric. So please ensure you use the clean brushes provided.
How do I remove watermarks if they start to appear? Please lay the fabric down on a clean white (or light coloured) spare towel. Spray water onto the fabric so it's fully saturated. Place a clean white / light coloured towel or cloth on top and lightly press to absorb the water you just sprayed on. Repeat this one more time. Remove the towel on top. With a hairdryer on low heat setting, lightly dry the fabric from at least 10cm distance to prevent any possible overheating.
You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped, usually within 1-3 business days. Please keep track of your delivery, and contact us if any issue.

We do accept returns or exchanges on the kids magic water poster. The item/s will need to be shipped back to us in their original condition including any packaging as it was when received. We cannot offer returns or exchanges if the goods have been used.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to us. Print and Proper aren't responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping. We strongly suggest to package items carefully and use a tracked service.
We charge anadmin / re-stocking fee of $10 AUD per order returned to us. Why do we do this? Our staff need to take time to open and inspect the item to ensure its in new condition, before handling the the warehouse team to re-stock inventory via our system software, and then manually place back into it's picking location.
