Choose to receive your restored photos as digital files, professionally printed copies, or both. Every image is different, and the final result will depend on the quality and condition of the original photograph. Upload a clear scan or photograph of each original image when placing your order. For the best result, we recommend scanning your photo at the highest resolution available, or scanning them in using the free Google "Photo Scan" app.
📸 We Restore Your Images
Your photographs will be carefully restored and retouched according to the work required. We aim for a natural result that respects the character of the original image rather than making it look overly edited.
💌 Review and Approve
We will send your restored images to you digitally for approval before any printed copies are produced. We will not print until you are happy with them, so feel free to make the changes you need!

✔️ The largest and clearest version you have available
✔️ Please do not use filters or edit the image before uploading it.
‼️ Important to Know
Photo restoration can significantly improve damaged, faded or low-quality photographs, but it cannot always recreate details that are completely missing from the original. For extensive restoration, missing faces, severely damaged areas or complicated photo combinations, we may contact you before beginning if the work falls outside the scope of the selected option. Printed photos are produced only after the restored image has been approved.

Foil Prints: Shipped from the UK. Please give approx 20+ business days for these to be custom made and shipped to your door.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We may be able to exchange or return certain accessories on a case by case basis. We do offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. Any return or exchange accepted will require the item/s sent back to us in brand new undamaged condition acceptable for resale (unless faulty). For any change of mind returns if accepted, the customer will pay for return postage. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot physically change, retrieve, or amend it for you.
