Is Afterpay interest-free?
Afterpay Pay in 4 lets eligible customers pay in four interest-free instalments over six weeks. Late fees may apply if payments are missed. Other Afterpay products, including Pay Monthly, may charge interest.
Do I need an Afterpay account?
Yes. You can sign in or apply during checkout. Australian applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet Afterpay's eligibility criteria. Credit checks apply.
How much can I spend?
Your available spending limit is determined by Afterpay and may change over time. Each purchase is subject to approval, so your limit doesn't guarantee a particular order will be approved.
Are there any late fees?
Late fees may apply to missed Pay in 4 payments. Fee amounts and limits are determined by Afterpay. See Afterpay's terms and fees for current information.
Where is Afterpay available?
Afterpay operates in several countries, although payment options, eligibility and terms vary by region. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order.
When will my artwork be sent?
Your artwork is made to order and dispatched according to our usual production timeframes. You don't need to finish your instalments before we prepare and send your order.
What about returns or refunds?
Our usual Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy applies to purchases made using Afterpay. Approved refunds are processed through the relevant payment provider.
Can I manage my payments?
Yes. You can manage your Afterpay account in the app, review upcoming payments, check your available spending limit and make early payments where supported.
