How does Pay in 4 work?
When you use Pay in 4, you pay for your items in 4 payments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Pay in 4, simply add your items to cart and select Afterpay at checkout. You’ll pay the first instalment on purchase, and the remaining three payments will be automatically deducted from your preferred payment method over approximately six weeks. Once your order is placed, we’ll get to work on it and ship it within our usual lead times. You can view our shipping timeframes on our shipping page.

How do I set up a Pay in 4 account?
Step one: Add your items to your shopping cart.
Step two: Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
Step three: You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to log in or create your account.
Step four: Your payment schedule will be displayed.
Step five: Track your payments, check available spend limits, and make early payments in the Afterpay app. For full terms and conditions, visit the Afterpay website.

• To set up a Pay in 4 account, you’ll need to:
• Live in Australia or New Zealand
• Be over 18 years of age
•Have an Australian or New Zealand debit card or credit card linked as your preferred payment method
•Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
•Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Credit checks apply

Are there any fees for using Pay in 4?
Afterpay caps Pay in 4 late fees to help keep costs manageable for customers who miss a payment. Pay in 4 late fees will never exceed 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower. For orders under $40, a one-time late fee of up to 25% of the order total applies.

For orders of $40 or more, a $10 Pay in 4 late fee is charged when a payment is missed. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after seven days, an additional $7 Pay in 4 late fee applies. This is the same for all late payments until the 25% cap or $68 amount is reached. To remain within the cap, Afterpay may charge partial amounts of the $10 and $7 fees.

Afterpay is committed to helping customers avoid missed payments, including sending payment reminders. Pay in 4 also offers options to reschedule eligible upcoming payment dates.



What happens if I need a refund?
Items purchased with Pay in 4 can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to Print and Proper’s returns policy. Returns or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment schedule will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.


Who can use Afterpay?

Afterpay is available to eligible customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada, with Clearpay available in the United Kingdom. Eligibility requirements vary by country. Generally, customers must meet the minimum age and residency requirements for their region, have a valid payment method, email address and mobile number, and meet Afterpay’s eligibility criteria.
