The frame is made of 100% crystal clear acrylic. The metal legs and screws are made of aluminium. Open it up, easily slot your photos inside, then screw the top back on. Easy peasy! Both the front and back of your photo will be protected by acrylic. The frame fits the sizes stated, with an additional 2cm clear border to accomodate the metal fixtures.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We may be able to exchange or return certain accessories on a case by case basis. We do offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. Any return or exchange accepted will require the item/s sent back to us in brand new undamaged condition acceptable for resale (unless faulty). For any change of mind returns if accepted, the customer will pay for return postage. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot physically change, retrieve, or amend it for you.
