We have 3 options to choose from:

Art Paper which is 240 gsm matte paper, and comes to you unframed.

Stretched Canvas which is printed on canvas and wrapped around a frame.

Framed Prints which are printed on art paper and professionally framed.

Prints are shown in a frame. If you would like your prints framed, please select a framed option shown. All sizes listed are edge to edge print sizes. If you are purchasing a framed print, please note the final measurement inclusive of the frame will be approx. 4 cm more in height + width than the print size listed. eg- 40 x 50 cm print becomes approx. 44 x 54 cm when framed. Please see our sizing page for help choosing the right size.

A white border is a blank unprinted area surrounding your art. It's not a separate cardboard piece (called a matboard). Some prints may already have white borders as pictured. Add or remove borders by selecting the option when purchasing. Borders make the image slightly smaller, while the overall print measurements remain the same - regardless of adding or removing borders. Please see example below with borderless printing (left) and white border added (right):



Our borders vary in size depending on design & print size. As a general guide please see our standard size borders below. Some prints may have thicker borders than these so please check with us if you need exact dimensions for your print.

WILL MY ORDER BE IN CM OR INCHES?
A4, A3, A2, A1 & A0 sizes are the same worldwide for all countries. There is minimal difference between cm & inches sizing for the rest of the sizes shown. This is due to each facility using industry standard sizing for each print type (unframed, canvas or framed) depending on where they are in the world. Please see the handy table below & select the location closest to you for a guide.

Sure! We can print almost any size paper. Simply select the closest size in our art paper (unframed). Go larger rather than smaller as we cut it down to size. Then write the exact size required in the checkout notes. If you need something a lot bigger, or custom size in canvas or framed, please contact us first so we can check the cost / availability for you and advise further.

ART PAPER

240 gsm thick art paper with a matte finish. Commercially printed locally, using high grade anti-fade inks. Sustainably sourced and FSC Certified. Fully archival (acid & chlorine free) to ensure your print will stand the test of time.

STRETCHED CANVAS

Thick cotton poly blend canvas, printed on a 12 colour pigment ink wide format printer. Seamlessly wrapped around a sustainable timber frame. Handmade locally. Canvas is 2-3 cm deep from the wall (3-4 cm deep on larger sizes). Hook or cord at the back, ready to hang.

FRAMED PRINT

Our quality prints in handcrafted frames. Made locally from sustainably sourced timber by professional framers. Featuring crystal clear plexi-glass faces (stronger than glass). Composite board backing. 2cm front x 2cm deep (A0 & larger are approx 3-4 cm deep). White, Black & Natural. Hook or cord at the back, ready to hang.

Always fresh flowers at the door!

I can't recommend this print and the team at Print and Proper highly enough! I was initially after a custom size and Matt quickly answered my questions about that, but in the end I decided on a standard size. The print arrived super-quick and in perfect condition. My husband and I were blown away by the quality of the paper and the price. We attached it to a board using wallpaper glue and placed it in an old Indonesian frame that I'd tricked up with milk paint. I know that painting furniture white is out of fashion, but we reckon it's what this picture needed. The photo really doesn't do justice to how lovely it makes our foyer look. Now, there'll always be fresh flowers to greet us at the door. Visitors are blown away. "Wow!" is the most common expression. Thanks P & P Team for adding the finishing touch to our foyer reno!

Frida "Flower Bomb "

I purchased a number of "Flower Bomb" prints from Jannet at Print and Proper as I have a papertole business on the Gold Coast. These prints worked beautifully. The 3D artwork is stunning and I completed it yesterday . It is off to the framer this week and I will then post it on my Facebook page. The customer service from Jannet was excellent.

Frida Kahlo Flower Bomb

I purchased 8 prints of this picture a while ago so I could papertole it. It turned out better than I ever expected. The paper was perfect to work with. I have now purchased over the last 12 months more prints as I now have 4 students working on their own papertole Frida. Love the paper quality and the print.
