Why this Pack is Extra Special:

Each piece is crafted to ignite imagination. The luxe red linen, the elegance of calligraphy, and thoughtful extras like the magic key and tree ornament, transform a letter into an experience. Letters are printed on thick 250 gsm paper and hand-signed in gold ink. Every signature is unique. Some lovely ideas our other customers have done with these is to pop it under the tree with your child's gifts, or give it to them on Christmas Eve to create a magical experience for your little one. You can even leave it in the letterbox, and then ask them to fetch the mail.

How It Works:

All we need is your child's (or children's) full name/s, suburb and state. We can include multiple children's names to the same letter. So the front will have multiple names in white ink if you choose to do this. Simply fill in the details, or add to notes during checkout. Too easy!

We send the red envelope with everything inside, in an A4 size rigid cardboard mailer addressed to you - so please make sure you list the shipping address for the adults to receive. Once it arrives, you can simply pop it in the mailbox (or wherever you like) for the kids to "discover" when ready 🎅

I have checked my list twice and I can see the Elves have made a lovely gift for you this year. Please remember you need to be good and kind to others to stay on the list next year. This is most important.

We hope you love your present. Please don't forget to leave a small treat for us nearby as we can get a little hungry during the night. PS I love milk & cookies, and the reindeer love carrots or cucumbers!

Everyone in the Workshop has been talking about how kind, clever, and brave you’ve been this year. That kind of behaviour gets a BIG gold star on the Nice List. And trust me, I’ve seen that list — it’s taller than our elf clocktower!

Right now, we’re busy packing the sleigh with toys, snacks (mostly for Santa, let’s be honest), and some sparkly magic dust to help the reindeer fly even faster this year. Rudolph’s nose is glowing bright, and Santa’s suit is freshly fluffed. We’re nearly ready for take-off!

So don’t forget to leave out a treat for Santa (he loves a crunchy cookie and a sip of milk). And if you’ve got a carrot for the reindeer? Even better!
