Enter your chosen name or word in the personalisation box and we’ll make it just for you. Be sure to fill in everything correctly and triple check the letter count. Do not include spaces in your letter count. Eg, HAPPY BDAY ZOE = 12 letters.

Please see our last photo for instructions. You can easily add a pair of wooden wall hooks to your order by clicking to add to cart. We recommend using our hooks as we send both screw in and 3M wall strip options to make life easier.
Free standard delivery to Australia via Australia Post Regular Letter Service (untracked). If you wish to use a tracked service, please select the Express Post option at checkout. Thank you.
* Each letter is handmade from plywood. As wood is a natural material, there will be slight natural variances in each item. These are designed for decorative purposes only and are NOT TOYS. They can be snapped off with force that become a choking hazard. Not suitable for children 3 years and under. Keep out of reach. Installation to be fully supervised or done by an adult.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We may be able to exchange or return certain accessories on a case by case basis. We do offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. Any return or exchange accepted will require the item/s sent back to us in brand new undamaged condition acceptable for resale (unless faulty). For any change of mind returns if accepted, the customer will pay for return postage. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot physically change, retrieve, or amend it for you.
