Any return or exchange accepted will require the item/s sent back to us in brand new undamaged condition acceptable for resale (unless faulty). For any change of mind returns if accepted, the customer will pay for return postage. Once an item has been shipped, we cannot physically change, retrieve, or amend it for you.
