Are you still open?
Yes, we are still open and shipping orders as usual.

Are you still shipping parcels?
Yes, however please note  Australia Post & Courier Services are currently experiencing delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. They are taking extra precautions to deliver your parcels safely. A signature on delivery will no longer be required as they will take a photo upon delivery instead to maintain social distancing. This means orders will take longer to arrive, so we ask our customers to please be patient. You can find further information from Australia Post here

Our worldwide network of factories continue to ship internationally, with some delays due to workforce restrictions as described above. Prints are made in China (Hong Kong), UK (Surrey), USA (East Coast – Scotts Valley CA. West Coast – Highpoint NC) and the Netherlands (Venlo). With prints being sent from a location closer to you where possible, we are able to get them to you faster and circumvent some border restrictions during this difficult time.

Is it safe to receive parcels from China or the USA?
Please note WHO (World Health Organisation) advise that people receiving packages and mail are not at risk of contracting COVID-19.
